Did you know? Beavercreek City Schools recently conducted a traffic study for the area around the proposed new high school site at Alpha Bellbrook Rd. and Indian Ripple Rd. 🚗🚦
In partnership with the City of Beavercreek, Beavercreek Township, and Oberer Development, the study analyzed current traffic and projected volumes through 2028—and even considered potential needs as far out as 2048. 📈 The results will guide future infrastructure upgrades to support a high school at this location, working closely with City, County, and Township officials.

Our Valley fifth graders recently participated in the D.A.R.E. program with Officer Peffley!
As part of the program, students had the opportunity to navigate through cones while driving pedal carts and wearing goggles that simulated being under the influence of different substances. Even Principal Chivington joined in on the activity! 😊

🚌Raising awareness about bus safety
🚌Educating the public, especially children, about safe bus practices
🚌Promoting safety measures among bus drivers, schools, and transportation providers

To help ensure the safety of our students, our School Resource Officers (SROs), along with Deputy Chrystal Bowers of the Greene County Sheriff's Office, participated in "ride-alongs" with several of our drivers. They were on the lookout for safety issues like illegal bus passing and speeding drivers.
Throughout the week, they will also be monitoring bus stops and school zones across the district to keep our students safe! Thank you to everyone for your commitment to student safety! 🚍 #NationalSchoolBusSafetyWeek #StudentSafety #BcreekSchools #OneDistrictOneMissionOneCreek
