Several classrooms were able to watch the lifecycle of a butterfly over the past few weeks. It is a fun thing to do together, you can order a kit on Amazon if you want to hatch your own this summer!

A fun activity to try this summer goes along with the book "I Ain't Gonna Paint No More" by Karen Beaumont. Get the book from the library or watch a reading of it on you tube then trace your child and let them have fun painting themselves! This is also a great opportunity to talk about parts of our body and work on rhyming skills.
