To report an absence, please:

Call (937) 429-7610, option 1. The line is operational 24 hours a day.  or Email shawattendance@gocreek.org. 

Please include your student’s first & last name, their teacher’s name, and the reason for the absence.

For tardies:

A student is tardy if they arrive to school within the first 59 minutes of the school day.

You will need to come in with your student and sign them into school if arriving late. Students must get a class admittance slip from the office before reporting to class.

For early dismissals:

Early dismissals are when a student leaves within the last 59 minutes of the school day.

You will need to come in and sign your student out when they have an early dismissal. Your student will be called to the office when you arrive to sign them out.
