Counselor

Hello!

My name is Raeanne Wirrig, and I am the school counselor at Fairbrook Elementary School. I graduated from the University of Dayton in 2017 and began my educational career in Tipp City, OH as a high school social studies teacher. I also coached the JV soccer team, advised the Hope Squad Suicide Prevention team, organized the Freshman Link Crew Program, and facilitated the social outreach and service group. Over the last seven years, I have grown in immeasurable ways as an educator, and I realized my true passion for student support services. I graduated again from the University of Dayton with my Masters in School Counseling in December, 2024, and I am so excited to move back home and continue my educational career here at Fairbrook! My husband and I just celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary, and we recently added a bernedoodle puppy to our little family! I appreciate your grace as I learn and grow in this new role, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is anything I can do to better support your student this year!
