An automated phone call and text message will be made to all staff and families based on the information provided by parent/guardian in One View.
Buses will pick students up two hours after their scheduled pick up time, and students may enter the buildings two hours after the normal starting times.
Preschool will operate on a Plan B schedule, which means both morning and afternoon sessions will report but will have a shortened day. Please see below:
Preschool Center
Morning: 10:15 am - 12:00 pm
Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 2:45 pm
Parkwood Preschool
Morning: 10:25 am - 12:10 pm
Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 2:45 pm
Each building has a plan for conducting the remaining instructional time and lunch period.

School-sponsored activities for grades preK through 8th grade are cancelled,
High school extracurricular activities are considered cancelled but will be evaluated on a case by case basis and parents/guardians will receive additional communication if activities will proceed.
Notification of early dismissal will be released as soon as the decision has been made.
