BHS November 11 Event

Yesterday marked a momentous occasion at Beavercreek High School, where two significant events took place to honor veterans and celebrate the school’s dedication to supporting military-connected students and families.

The day began with an official Purple Star recognition ceremony, where Beavercreek High School was formally awarded the prestigious Purple Star designation. This recognition is given to schools that demonstrate a strong commitment to addressing the unique needs of students from military families. With Beavercreek High School joining the ranks, every school building in the district has achieved Purple Star status, underscoring the district’s dedication to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for military-connected students.

Following the Purple Star ceremony, Beavercreek High School hosted a heartfelt Veterans Day observance, paying tribute to veterans from the community and beyond.
