The E.G. Shaw Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization is considering
making an update to their bylaws.
At the PTO meeting on March 19, 2025, notice of this possible change was
given.
In accordance with current bylaws, a written notion of a proposed change
must be posted in the PTO Newsletter, the school’s website and also in the
school lobby at least five days prior to the vote.
The proposed change will be voted on at the general PTO meeting on April 15,
2025 at 3:15 p.m. in the Shaw library. Our bylaws require a two-thirds
favorable vote of those present to approve the proposed bylaw change.

April May meeting.
