Community Info Hub

Beavercreek City Schools does not distribute paper flyers from outside organizations to our students. We continue, however, to post information from outside organizations on our “Community Info Hub” web page, provided these fliers receive approval through our regular approval process. District PTOs, booster groups, and clubs directly affiliated with our district are able to send flyers home on a limited basis.

All posts must be approved by the Board of Education Office and should be submitted using the form below. If you have questions about having content approved, please contact jackie.stubbs@gocreek.org.

1. Beavercreek Alumni – Stay updated on district news and alumni events.

2. Beavercreek Calamity Day Alerts - Receive an alert when Beavercreek City Schools has an unplanned delay, early dismissal, or closure.

3. Beavercreek Community Group – This group is for community members who want to stay informed.

4. Beavercreek Early Childhood – This group provides monthly communications to support early childhood development for children ages birth to five years old.

5. Beavercreek Senior Citizens – Tailored updates and opportunities for senior community members.

Community Info Hub

Welcome to the BCS Info Hub, where we catalog local and community-sponsored camps, programs, and extracurricular activities available to our families.

 

Need to Get Your Info Out? Here's How!

If you are a community organization wishing to share an opportunity, the best way to reach families is to submit your materials through the Info Hub request form. Approved items are posted on the Info Hub for families to access at any time, and the Info Hub will be regularly promoted in our channels.

 

We request that you do not email individual buildings directly; we can work with you to ensure your message is delivered to the appropriate staff members. Once we receive your information, we will determine where it best fits in our communication channels based on program objectives, timeline, and audience.

 

SUBMIT INFORMATION FOR THE COMMUNITY INFO HUB

  • The Beavercreek Cricket Club (BCC) is offering a free youth cricket coaching program for children and young adults ages 6–21 from July through September 2026. Practices will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Hobson Freedom Park, 2910 Trebein Road, Fairborn, Ohio.

    Participants will receive instruction in batting, bowling, fielding, match awareness, and leather ball cricket while developing their skills in a fun, supportive environment. Coaching will be led by Mr. Shaikh Mohammad Juber Sirajahemed, a Ranji Trophy winner from Baroda, Gujarat, India.

    Whether you're new to the sport or looking to build on your experience, this program offers an excellent opportunity to learn the game, improve your skills, and enjoy cricket with others in the community.

  • The Eager Beaver Football Club (EBFC) is a nonprofit youth football and cheer organization serving children in grades K–6 in Beavercreek, Ohio. Since 1972, EBFC has been dedicated to building confident athletes and strong character through teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and community pride. As a proud member of the Greater Cincinnati Youth Football League, EBFC provides a safe, positive environment where young athletes develop skills, friendships, and a lifelong love of the game.   • After School Bowling at Beaver-Vu Bowl, 1238 N. Fairfield Rd. Fall Session students in Grades 3-4-5; Main ES (Mondays), Shaw ES (Wednesdays), and Fairbrook ES (Fridays). August 24-December 11.   • Learn more about Girl Scouts and join at one of our recruitment events. Troops are typically formed by school, so look for your daughter's school to choose an event to attend.

  • Throughout the year, we do school highlights and offer free admission. Check with your school or contact Amanda at Skateworld to learn more! Visit the Skate World website for year-round activities!

  • Keys Beyond Barriers is hosting a free Music Discovery Day for beginners on Saturday, September 19, from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM in the Forum at Dayton Metro Library – Main Library. Participants will explore music fundamentals through fun, interactive activities and have hands-on opportunities to try the piano. No prior musical experience is required, and the event is completely free. Contact Andrew Zhang for more information.

  • Late Fall/Winter Basketball & Volleyball is being hosted at Shaw Elementary school for ages 5-12! Season starts October 31st for Late Fall and January 9th for Winter! There are no tryouts, everyone can play! It is 6 week program one day a week(every Saturday) where they will both practice and play a game! Make sure to sign up and we are excited to get the season started! Contact Diana DeBolt with questions.
