When your child will be absent, please call your child’s building attendance line. The attendance line is operational 24 hours a day. Parents must provide the student’s name,reason for absence, phone number, and relationship to the student for the student to be marked as an excused absence. There are three types of absences, Medically Excused, Parent Excused, and Unexcused.

The district Student Nutrition Department offers breakfast and lunch daily at all BCS buildings except preschool. Menus can be found by clicking here.

Chromebooks and IPADs are handed out at each building. Once your student receives a device, please contact your student’s building office with any questions or concerns. You can also visit our technology webpage by clicking here for additional details.

If you have a 4-12th grade student, you can view your child’s grades by logging into Progress Book. To set up an account, you will need a Registration Key along with your child’s name and date of birth. Each parent will need their own key. Please email susan.groves@gocreek.org
to obtain a registration key.Once registered, you can sign in to your account by visiting https://paccess.mveca.org/ or by clicking here.
For students in grades K-3, please contact your student’s teacher(s) for grade information.

To update your contact information, please log in to your parent portal in OneView and change your contact information inside the “Student Demographics, EMA, and Agreements” form for each of your children.

We take pride in providing transportation for your student(s). However, if you need additional information regarding transportation policies or if other questions may arise, please contact the Transportation office at (937) 429-7531, option 1.
- School Year Hours are 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.daily.
- Summer Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
